Made in 100% of Chardonnay grape variety that gives a lot of citruses. It’s been aged on its lees for 3 years(!!) which adds more complexity and depthness of more brioche, bread, biscuit, toast, nutty flavours. Absolutely divine!
The Silver Parel is stored entirely in french oak wooden barrels. At the time of bottling, both yeast and sugar are added, so that the fermentation in the bottle can take place. With this method, Carbon Monoxide is created at a pressure up to 6 bar. Our Silver Parel must then ripen in the bottle together with these additions for at least 36 months.
